Your data is in it, your team knows it, and switching would take a year you do not have. So we leave it where it is and put the agents on top, through the API.
No migration, no export, and nobody learns a new system.
Everyone knows the software is holding the business back. Nobody can justify the year and the risk it would take to move off it.
Fifteen years of it. Moving it is not an export, it is a project with a business case nobody wants to write.
The reporting you were promised has been coming for years. So has the feature everyone else has.
One process, five applications, and a person copying between them. That is where the time goes.
Every renewal meant working across four systems, by hand, in order. We connected all of them and put one dashboard on top.
Before and after
Their management platform had been going to add reporting for years. We pulled the data straight out of it and built the dashboard the vendor never shipped.

A lot of what looks like an AI problem is a reporting problem, an integration problem, or a process nobody wrote down. We would rather say so.
Our view
The consulting is the part that makes the build worth anything. It is also where we usually find that half the list does not need us.
The person who actually keys the forms in knows where the time goes, and is never in the meeting.
A document setting out which agents are worth building, in what order, and what we would skip.
Through the API, alongside the system you cannot leave. Nothing migrated and nobody retrained.
If it has an API, yes. We have built on record systems dating back decades, on gym management platforms, on proprietary in-house software and on mainstream CRMs. The agent talks to the API, so the age of the system matters much less than whether it will let us in.
Then we say so on the first call rather than three months in. There are usually other ways in, such as the files it exports or the mailbox it sends from, but some systems genuinely are closed and it is better to know early.
No. That is the entire point of this approach. Your existing system stays the system of record and keeps the data. We read and write through the API, so nothing is exported and nothing is duplicated.
Less than you would think. Usually one dashboard replaces the copying between applications, and the underlying systems people already know keep working exactly as they did.
No, and we are upfront about that. A lot of our work is roughly 85 percent ordinary software and 15 percent AI. The value is usually in connecting things properly, with AI applied to the specific parts where judgement is needed.
We will tell you. If an off the shelf tool already does the job we point you at it, and we have done that more than once. Custom work is for complex workflows that nobody sells a product for.
With a conversation about the workflow rather than the technology, followed by a written document setting out which agents are worth building and in what order. Plenty of people take that document and act on part of it themselves.
Fifteen minutes on your actual workflow. We will tell you what is worth automating, what is not, and whether you need us at all.
No obligation, and no migration proposal at the end of it.
